Open Systems Teams with Nozomi Networks to Deliver Advanced Cyber Security Solutions to OT & IoT Environments across Europe and Global Markets

Open Systems AG, Zurich

Open Systems to distribute Nozomi Networks solutions as its preferred provider for OT, IoT and CPS security

Zurich, Switzerland, April 30 2026 - Open Systems, a leading provider of co-managed SASE and Zero Trust operating models, and Nozomi Networks Inc., the leader in OT, IoT and CPS security, today announced a strategic partnership to expand cybersecurity capabilities for industrial and cyber-physical environments across Europe and global markets.

Through this partnership, Open Systems will integrate and resell the Nozomi Networks platform, strengthening its ability to deliver end-to-end security across IT, OT and IoT environments. The collaboration enables Open Systems to extend its fully managed security model into operational technology environments, supporting customers in industries such as manufacturing, energy, transportation, and critical infrastructure.

As organizations accelerate digital transformation and connect industrial systems to enterprise and cloud environments, the attack surface continues to expand. At the same time, many organizations lack the visibility and operational capabilities required to effectively secure OT and IoT environments. This partnership addresses that gap by combining Nozomi Networks’ deep OT and IoT visibility and threat detection with Open Systems’ 24×7 managed security operations.

“Securing OT and IoT environments isn’t just a technology challenge, it’s an operational one,” said Stefan Schweizer, Open Systems Senior VP Sales EMEA “Our customers don’t need more tools. They need outcomes. By partnering with Nozomi Networks, we can extend our managed security model into industrial environments and help organizations close the execution gap between security strategy and real-world operations.”

Recognized as the market leader in OT, IoT and CPS security, Nozomi Networks is valued for superior operational visibility, advanced OT and IoT threat detection and strength across deployments. Nozomi Networks solutions support more than 116 million devices in thousands of installations across energy, manufacturing, mining, transportation, utilities, building automation, smart cities and critical infrastructure. Nozomi Networks products are deployable onsite and, in the cloud, and span IT, OT and IoT to automate the hard work of inventorying, visualizing and monitoring industrial control networks through the innovative use of artificial intelligence. Use cases stretch beyond cybersecurity, and include trouble shooting, asset management and predictive maintenance.

Open Systems complements these capabilities with its global, fully managed security operations model. With customers operating in over 180 countries and environments supporting up to 100’000 users, Open Systems delivers integrated networking and security services through its unified, co-managed SASE platform. Its 24×7 Mission Control provides real-time monitoring, threat response, and continuous optimization, ensuring that security architectures are not only designed but effectively operated.

“As industrial organisations across the DACH region continue to accelerate digitalisation, the need for deeper visibility and stronger protection across OT and IoT environments has never been greater,” said Will Roth, VP of DACH at Nozomi Networks. “Our partnership with Open Systems brings together Nozomi Networks’ AI-powered OT and IoT security capabilities with Open Systems’ expertise in delivering integrated, managed security services. Together, we are enabling organisations to gain the visibility, context, and operational resilience they need to confidently secure their critical infrastructure and industrial operations.”

By combining Nozomi Networks’ specialized OT and IoT security technology with Open Systems’ operational expertise, the partnership enables organizations to achieve greater visibility, faster threat detection, and more effective protection of critical infrastructure.

About Open Systems:

Open Systems is an AI-first SASE platform company delivering secure access and networking to help enterprises connect users, applications and infrastructure across complex hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Its proprietary platform combines SSE capabilities, including ZTNA, SWG, CASB and FWaaS, with SD-WAN, end-to-end connectivity, unified policy management, and advanced analytics in a single architecture.

While many cybersecurity providers focus primarily on advancing technology capabilities, Open Systems combines its AI-first SASE platform with an execution model designed for real-world operability, ensuring services are not only deployed, but continuously run, adapted and improved through a combination of AI-enabled operations and NOC-based expertise (Mission Control), built on decades of operational experience, helping organizations reduce complexity, increase visibility and strengthen security outcomes at global scale.

Founded in Switzerland in 1990, Open Systems generates more than USD 100 million in annual revenue and supports global enterprise customers operating in more than 180 countries. Since 2024, the company has been part of Swiss Post, combining Swiss trust and stability with global reach. As a European alternative to US- and Israel-based cybersecurity providers, Open Systems is guided by strong principles around sovereignty requirements, regulatory alignment, transparency and shared responsibility - taking clear ownership for security, performance and operational outcomes, helping organizations maintain control in an increasingly complex digital landscape.
