Stefan Mathis is a Business Unit Lead at Open Systems, responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of his unit. With 20 years of experience in the network and security sector, he combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills and a clear focus on customer development. His extensive experience in the service industry is marked by exceptional customer orientation, the ability to find fitting solutions, and building sustainable relationships.

In 2008, Stefan decided to leave Switzerland and move to the United Kingdom, where he worked in Network & Security for UBS Investment Bank. This experience, along with numerous international assignments, particularly in the Middle East, provided him with valuable insights into cultural collaboration. He excels in working effectively within multicultural teams and integrating diverse perspectives to achieve success.

Previously, he led the Client Services department at Oneconsult, where he oversaw Sales, Marketing, and Academy, worked closely with customers, and made Business Development a core part of his role. At Open Systems, Stefan drives the growth and success of the Business Unit through his extensive expertise and strategic mindset.
