Alaska leads the company's human resources organization as our Chief People Officer. Her key responsibilities include establishing a world-class talent management program for hiring, growing and retaining employees, maintaining our unique and vibrant company culture, strengthening diversity, equality and inclusion, and fostering a positive and supportive workplace environment, in where employees can do their best work. Alaska is a seasoned human resources professional and has held various executive-level positions over the past 15 years, most recently as senior vice president of human resources for International Markets, a data services company.
