Modular Security

The heart of Mission Control
How does Mission Control maintain an overview of more than 1000 security systems in over 95 countries? The answer is Distributed Monitoring Architecture, an innovative internal development of Open Systems.

Every Mission Control security system has real-time operation monitoring and automatic evaluation of log files. All functions at the hardware, operating system and application levels are evaluated proactively. While conventional solutions only support post-mortem analyses, Mission Control systems work with the so-called “nurses”, which recognize over 2000 system reports and have all the necessary escalation processes at their disposal. Malfunctions are thus not only reported, but also provided with all the necessary operating instructions and escalated to the responsible position. Thus, malfunctions, like for instance the failure of a ventilator or a hard disk, or application or network overloading are remedied before user-noticeable system failures occur.
